RaiseUp+ uses artificial intelligence technology (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate custom quotes based on your selected topics and moods. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
While you may use, share, and save AI-generated quotes, you acknowledge that the AI technology and underlying systems remain our property. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the AI technology by using the quote generation feature.
We strive to ensure AI-generated content is appropriate and inspirational. However, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will meet your expectations. If you encounter inappropriate AI-generated content, please report it to us.
The basic version of RaiseUp+ is available free of charge and includes access to core features. The free version may display advertisements.
RaiseUp+ Premium is available as a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements and provides additional features. Premium features include:
Premium purchases are processed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All purchases are subject to the terms and policies of your chosen app store. Payment will be charged to your app store account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Premium pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing Premium users who have already made their purchase.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To request a refund, please contact your app store directly. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, you can restore your Premium purchase at no additional cost by using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the Premium screen.
The free version of RaiseUp+ may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and other advertising partners. By using the free version, you agree to:
Advertisements can be permanently removed by purchasing RaiseUp+ Premium.
All content in RaiseUp+, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RaiseUp+ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Quotes featured in the App are attributed to their respective authors. We do not claim ownership of quotes authored by others. If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately.
When you create custom quote cards or design elements using the App, you retain ownership of your creative work. However, by using our App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your quote cards within the App for the purpose of providing the Service.
RaiseUp+ and its logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use RaiseUp+ to:

Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
